Shipping 

-All orders are shipped within 3-8 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email along with tracking #
-From November to December, please expect a delay in shipping times due to the high volume of orders. Your order could take anywhere from 7-14 business days to arrive.

-We do not ship internationally and are only accepting U.S. domestic orders at the moment.
-We will not be responsible for order errors or wrong address entries.

Partially missing 

Depending on the type of products within your order they can arrive at separate times due to fulfillment of your order at different warehouse locations around the country. Please double check your confirmation email along with tracking number of your order. 

Order never arrived 

If your order did not arrive entirely on the excepted delivery date, then, please
first check your confirmation email along with tracking number of your order and check that you had entered the correct address. If you have entered the wrong address then please see our Refund Policy for more information.
